hi my friend has asked me to hepl him get access to his user name " houseworks " he has tried to get a new password by using his email acc " <email snipped> " which you keep saying does not exist but we know it does can you email him so he can get up and runing again regards willbur for my friend houseworks:cool:

Is this relating to his boards.ie account? If so he will need to email hello@boards.ie

There is no user by that email address on the system either way.
