    Tend to avoid the Western Suburbs.
    Eastern ones are a lot nicer and somewhat more safer. Elwood is a nice leafy suburb beside St.kilda, near the beaches, near St.Kilda for the nightlife and plenty of trams near by.
    Malvern is nicer again, but not as close to the beach, Richmond again nice, away from the sea, but arguably a better night life scene.
