I read recently that one of the producers is mad keen to get Bruce Springsteen to guest star in an episode.

It will never happen but I would absolutely love it as it would be combining my two favourite things :)

So who would you love to see?

I think Miley Cyrus would be a fantastic guest star for this show...

John Mayer (I love him no matter what anyone says).

Justin Timberlake would be good too. He's very funny if any of you have seen his Saturday night live stuff.

    Mandy Patinkin....fantastic singer!

I think if they start having too many guest stars it will hurt the show. 2 or 3 a season would be OK I guess. If it gets to a stage where they have a different person guesting every week singing their wares then I wont have any interest. The show works because it has great characters anything that takes away from that shouldn't happen.

Yeah, I agree, though I can't wait to see
    Idina Menzel
    in the series!

I have this thing with her coming in
she has been cast as the vocal coach of New Directions rivals, but is it possible that it will turn out that she is Rachels mother?? Somehow??

Well who would you like to see for those 2 or 3 a season then? Answering the thread question isn't going to make it happen :)

Neil Patrick Harris PLEEEEEEEASE. I want him on it and I want him singing. In my dream world, singing something from RENT but anything is good.

I keep hearing rumours but nothing conclusive :(

Elton John as an ex Glee coach or gay love interest for Sandy would be pretty brilliant.

Paul Rudd for a bit of banter with Sue.

    Tom Waits

Honestly, I'd love if Taylor Swift guest starred on the show.

Although Justin Timberlake would be great too.

He could play Mr. Schue's brother. They're so alike.

    JT, mmmmmmmm yes
    prince maybe?

not miley cyrus, no kiddie singers, or else they'd have to be full time. unless they were in sectionals as another glee club.

and I'm looking forward to the rumored one with j-lo.

    Terry fator or Johonny Depp
    Stephen Fry

+1 for Steven Fry!!....have him play a music theory teacher.

Idina Menzel has to appear as Rachel's mother - I don't consider that a spoiler as there's been no confirmation, and they do look so alike. The sad thing is that she and Kristin Chenowith will not appear together as they allegedly hate each other in RL!

I also hope Victor Garber (Mr Schu Snr) gets to sing some time as he's a terrific musical performer (sadly Alias never had a musical episode!)

Gary Glitter---now that would be some scaryass episodes!

I'd so love Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenowith to appear together - I've never heard about them hating each other, even on stage they were so great together, and it came across as genuine when they appeared in Wicked.

Idina Menzel is defo appearing but
as the coach of Vocal Adrenaline

Bruce Springsteen on Glee would oficially be one of the coolest things of all time! I really hope this happens now...

From a non-music point of view, I'd like to see Ellen DeGeneres appear on it. She may not sing, but she dances more than any othe person on this earth, so I'm sure she'd fit in somewhere. With the right character, she could be hilarious.

Michael Buble would be great but i like the idea of Justin too.

I think Simon Cowell would make a really good guest appearance on Glee.
He could play himself and be attending sectionals or something like that..
He really fit into the show i think! I hope it happens now..

I totally agree with the NPH, Alan Cumming and Ellen De Generes suggestions. I would also love if Megan Mullally was on. She did a great job on 30 rock and has a phenomenal set of lungs on her.See below for evidence!

Edit: Oh God, just thought of the mother of all guest stars. JULIE ANDREWS!!
