Prestige Question

Why is it then when you go from like Prestige level 2 to level 3, why do only a few Prestige Challenges not reset. It seems 90% of them stay except for about 4, why is that? Just curious.

Only the ones you have completed will reset!!

No, the bottom 4 or 5 ones all reset for me when I go up.
