    MUAY THAI KIDS CLASSES AT BRIDGESTONE

    The Bridgestone Muay Thai Gym will be starting classes for Kids aged 8 to 14 years at our Gym in Arbour Place.

    We will be starting with one class a week to gauge interest. The gym up to now has been over 14 years only but due to request we have decide to start one up for Juniors.

    The first class starts

    Venue: Bridgestone Gym, 11 Arbour Place, Stoney Batter, Dublin 7.
    Date: Saturday 6th March 2010
    Time: 1pm to 2pm
    Cost: €4.00 per class (free registration for juniors)
    Age: 8yrs to 14yrs
    N.B. A parent or Guardian must accompany the junior trainee for the first class for registraion purposes.

    The coach will be Niall Molloy who coaches senior classes during the week. Niall has trained and fought in Thailand including the famous Lumpini Stadium. Niall has completed his Code of Ethics and First Aid courses as a requirement of the Sports Council of Ireland when coaching juniors.

    Hi All,

    Details for kid classes starting this Saturday are as follows.

    Venue: THE BRIDGESTONE MUAY THAI GYM
    Address: side of 11 Arbour Place, Stoneybatter, Dublin 7.
    Time: 1pm to 2pm
    Date: Saturday 6th March 2010
    Ages: 8yrs to 14yrs
    Cost: €4.00 per class
    Registration: Free for Kids

    All children must be accompanied by a adult parent or guardian. Please arrive at least 20 minues before class to register. Parents /Guardians are invited to stay and view class and must sign out Child at end of class.

    Kids should bring a pair of shorts and t-shirt/top to train. Weights area in gyms is out of bounds for Children under 16yrs old.
