    Hi

Hope this is the right place to ask......

I would love to run some adult education courses in stress management and work/life balance. I feel I would have a good course to offer for the 8-10 week courses that are offered at adult education centres.

I have over 20 years experience in the working environment and also a psychology degree and am currently completing a masters in organisational psychocology.

I am looking to change my career and I would like to be able to see if its possible to run these classes as part of my work. Because I have worked in business all my career I do not have any experience of what is required to teach at this level.

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction of what I need to do??

    Thanks :)

You should contact your local VEC, they usually run Adult Ed courses in VEC schools/centres. You should do a quick google on similar courses in your area, then you can find out what other centres offer them.

As for teaching qualifications: for 8-10 week courses, they aren't usually necessary. Your experience should be enough.
