Openfund's application deadline is coming up, 28th of February. This is a European based angel-fund modeled on the high-involvement model of famous incubator-type angel groups like Y-Combinator. I've a friend who applied, and seems to have gotten quite a good reception. Fund packages are in the 20-30k range, 20% equity range, usual terms, fast path to market presumed.

If you an idea, grab an eager computer scientist and draft a plan. Conveniently, there's one such candidate posting a thinly veiled cry for work in another startup thread.
