I ordered these from CRC which arrived this week. Unfortunately the instructions are sh1t and I think something is missing somewhere because I have no idea how to fit them. The suspension forks are old Judy's with a hole right up the steerer tube and the mudguards just come with a thick rubber stopper (for lack of a better word). About the best idea I had was to jam the rubber stopper up the steerer tube but that seems just wrong

    Any ideas?

BTW got these and these for commuting. They're greaaaat

Jam the rubber plug into the steerer tube. There should be a bolt/screw that you tighten which will cause it to expand and stay in place.

ok. I was wondering what the use of the bolt was, if I was going to jam the rubber plug in the steerer tube!
