Clearing on the PGCE

    Hi,

Did anyone get into a postgrad course in the UK in the past through 'clearing'. If so, could you let me know what you made of the process.

I am just worried that I won't get onto my first choice courses and I will end up applying through the 'clearing' system, so it would be good to know how people got on with this in previous years.

Also what is the possibility of not getting onto a course at all in September? There is so many people going back to college these days so the competition is very high for places.

    Thanks,

    NP

    Thanks,

I will have a look at that thread over the coming months. Didn't get into my first choice so application is at my second choice now MMU. Its a slow drawn out process...

Do some people not get onto a postgrad course, or is this unlikely especially after clearing? I got just under 500 in my LC and have an honor's degree in Business from DCU..
