Hi there hope this is the right place to post this, we are in the process of buying a new sofa, we saw a lovely one in caseys, i know the dearest place i could go, i then went online and saw i could save up to a third on the price if not more buying from the uk. have people any experience of buying a sofa from the uk and delivery cost and complications you might have had.

All help would be appreciated i really dont know where to start in getting in delivered.
    Thanks

Factor in the cost of if something goes wrong with it, the cost of sending it back to UK.

Hey, bought from DFS in belfast, they deliver and you can buy a five year package that include free stain removel within 3 days of reporting including coming down south to do it. think it cost £150 not bad for 5 years.

Avoid DFS like the plague. Just key in "DFS problems " into google and find out why.

Do a bit of shopping around locally, haggle a bit and you'll find as good a deal with a local company as from UK.

Ballpark shipping from UK for suite would be approx. €200 - €250 based on it taking 2 pallet spaces.
