HSE cycle to work scheme now nationwide....finally!

Finally, the HSE have opened the ctw scheme nationwide. Anyone avail of it in Dublin North east over the last few months (trial)? what way did it work. Did you get a voucher (?oneforall voucher) to give the shop or do the HSE pay the bike shop directly? Regards, D
