    Date: 4th April 2010
    Time: Registration From 9:30 am until 10:30am in the Grannery Cafe on the Quay, Waterford. Or register online www.runireland.com .11am start time
    Cost: Pre-entry €10 or €15 on the day.
    Prizes: 1st 5 men and women and usaul age categories.
    Course: Starting at the train station and finish in the track at the RSC. Very fast course. Showers, prizes, and refreshments back in the RSC after.

    I'll be there....but i always wonder about these 4m races...whats the point ?
    Its a kind of nothing distance...i would much rather a 5k or 5m or 10k.

    I have yet to race a 5k,i did what i thought was one last year only to realise at the end that it was 4.6k

    Having said all that,it is super fast and with only one short climb on m2 it is one for a PB.

    Some fella from Dublin came down last year and ran 18:55...serious time

    4 Miles is over 6k.:confused:

    Ill be running this one. Ill be hoping to have a good time as its mostly flat.
