Order not delivered: what are my rights?

    Hi guys, I hope someone can help me.

    I placed an order for €75 worth of goods from an Irish website almost a month ago, and the delivery has not arrived. Their order tracking form says that it was shipped two days after I placed the order with them, and they state on their website that deliveries are sent by registered post.

    Their website doesn't have contact information, just a contact form (which I have filled in multiple times), but they do not reply to my messages.


    Am I entitled to a refund, or if the delivery was lost in the post then should the company re-ship the items?

    Just contact you're CC company and they will issue the refund. What company is this so I can avoid.

    You can name them. Just be factual in your complaint, and don't get personal. Things like this do happen from time to time, even with reliable companies, but it's good to let others know of it, and any resolution that may come.
