Does a company which has not traded and has no employees have to file a P35? I don't think it does, but the question has come up for a friend of mine who is still in planning mode.

    Thanks

    Hi

If it is registered with the revenue as an employer then yes it does. Just a nil return is needed.

    Kind Regards
