Flat Bettery - do I need a new one?

I have a Fiat Coupe that is used occasionally, but hasn't really been driven in anger since before Christmas. Over the cold weather I started it a couple times, but last week when I tried again last week, the battery was almost totally flat. I jumped it and drove it around for an hour or so and all was fine. Yesterday, i tried to start it again, but it was completely flat - not turning over or even any dashlights.
It was fine up until Christmas, just wondering do I need a new battery or could I jump it again and give it a good spin to charge it up again? Would it last?

    TIA
    Paul

I've a second car thats not used too much in winter, the battery was dead in it, so bought a battery charger and took out the battery charged it over night and the battery has been fine since. have taken the car on a few short spins since.

so maybe yours needs a good charge also

when i was selling my old car it would go flat if it wasnt started every so often. But once it was given a good drive over te weekend and was consistenly used like driven everyday it was fine. The battery just needs a good drive so it can fully charge up again. This was the case in my experience anyway.

if your not using car too much just throw it into someone elses car for week or so

This is what I use: -
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/CTEK-XS3600-Battery-Charger-Conditioner/dp/B000RHWCNY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=automotive&qid=1266225806&sr=8-1

Keeps the battery in tip top shape. Not the same as a standard trickle charger which can boil the acid off.
