Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hello all,

    I am a final year BSc Honours student and I am carrying out a study on the use of food and protein supplements and occurrence of illness within an Irish population who are active in sport and exercise. The results will form part of my final year dissertation. Any of the information obtained will be regarded in strict confidence.

    It would be great if anyone could take 2-3 minutes to fill in the survey
