    Hi all,
we are in the process of buying a site with full planning permission granted.

Just wondering if we would need to re-apply for permission to move an interior wall about 3 feet or would it matter?

    Thanks

Nope, generally you can change around the internal layout once there are no external changes.
Just make sure the changes dont affect compliance with building regulations.

Some LA's also incorporate a condition into the planning permission that the structure should be constructed in accordance with the drawings and details accompanying the application. If this is the case any deviations from the plans, however small, need the clearance of the planning authority.
