Primary degree, ie fully qualifed primary teacher. If it happens that no such person is available,someone with another qualification might be taken on for a bit, but with so many qualified primary teachers around ,this is unlikely. Be aware that a resource post depends from year to year on the no. of children with resource hours, which are far more limited these days, than they once were, eg children with dyslexia no longer get resource.
