Well, I sometimes find myself a bit confused when I come across an advert like this one: http://www.gumtree.ie/dublin/14/53487014.html I am not sure what the seller is trying to say in the ad, but anyway I doubt if I would be interested in dealing with someone, who puts an ad like this one. Would you?
