You'll do well to get accommodation near twickers at this stage but the train service in london is good so look out for places on the District line which will get you to Richmond or the south west trains line straight to twickenham. Hammersmith is 15 mins to Richmond or Clapham Junction which will get you to twickers in 30 mins.

PS Any spare tickets?

Don't stay near Twickers. It's a pretty quiet area and not much goes on there the day of a game. I'd say most the Irish going over will be heading straight back into London after the game.
