    Hello leom.

I think the site is looking better now. Just 2 quick things I have noticed.

On the menu bar your tab says "sell", this should really say "for sale" or something more appropriate to the catagory.

Also when you click on "tradesperson" the keyword example for the searchbox is overlapping the drop down list.

    Fantastic improvement - well done.

I'd change the house to the left of the search box to an Irish house (at the moment it looks quite European or American) and increase its opacity slightly. I'd also make the 'Place Free Ad' button a lot more prominent by using colour and increasing its size - this type of button: http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-illustration-8689924-web-button-elements.php

    You also repeat "
    Sell, Rent or Share
    Homes, household and Holidays Properties"

on the header and in the search box - personally I'd remove it from the search box and use the extra space for my 'Place Free Ad' button.

You still have the gradient on the SERP properties background I see! Besides thinking you should use a solid colour for them I think you should give each property box on the results page more space, the text looks cramped, and you use italics, be careful with them, they're bad from a usability point of view (there aren't enough pixels in standard sized text to render them well and dyslexics have difficulties with them).

Your 'Email Advertiser' button is horrific by the way! :)

And last but not least if you are familiar with mod_rewrite you should consider using semantic URLs for the property listings, it would help your SEO a lot.

The site is very much improved from last time though.

Thanks Cormee, your feedback has genuinely helped a lot last time, appreciate it. I will follow your advice again.

    A few typos on http://homeez.ie/viewer/view/16/rent
In the map bubble "Beeachfield" - double 'e'
    In Features:
    Carpted Floors (should be Carpeted)
    Centeral Heating (should be Central)
    Secuirty System (should be Security)
Ensuit (should be Ensuite or En-suite)

I mention these in case they appear on many other properties.

mostly contents are published by users so i would have little control over them.

Do you provide a list of checkboxes for these items or is it all written by them?

Yes, all standard entries are check box driven, yes i have some spelling issue on them and thanks for pointing them out.
