keyboard + mouse setup

Started playing MW2 for the last month - first time playing any of the cod's online and was wondering what the best way to setup the controls.

I've a 5 button mouse,

left button - fire
right button - aim
wheel button - grenade
3rd button - change weapon
thumb button - knife

no changes to standard keyboard setup

What's other people using ?

put change weapon on the scroll wheel up and down. Then put prone on left alt. Team chat on T global chat on Y flash on Q.

thanks djan, will try that - still getting killed a lot - slowly getting to learn the maps but want to get a more optimise control setup to help

E- Crouch
W,A,S,D - Usual Movement

Space- Melee Attack
Left Ctrl- Prone
F- Pick up care package/Use etc
R-Reload
Middle Mouse Button- Grenade
T- Flashbang

arrows for movement
Delete - Reload
Enter - Sprint
Num Instert - Melee
Num 1 - Nade
Num 2 - Flash
Num 3 - Care package
Num Delete - Use
Num 4 - Ventrilo Push to Talk
Left Mouse Button - Fire
Right Mouse Button - Aim
Wheel Up - Noob Tube
Wheel Down - Next Weapone

I've it all default except melee is bound to my mouse back button.
