hey people looking for a bit of holiday recommendations for the summer.
just myself and the girlfriend (were late 20's) cannot decide where to go.

we have been to lanzarote (puerto del carmen), alcudia, south of France (collioure) loved these places so looking for somewhere similar. heres where it gets tricky

we want a good sandy beach, good resturants and pubs, accommodation with decent pool dont like high rise block apartments, not bothered with nightclubs (ie. 18-30 groups) hot sun high on the list.

    so people where you reckon

Hey Stephen - Just grab any free copy of a package holiday book from any travel agent. You'll see loads of places that will suit you.

Fly to Faro Portugal..get a bus to eastern Algarve towards Spain..Try Taviara or Cabanas .Beautiful beaches .Great resturants ,selling food cheaply.Trust me it,s fantastic....

I'd second Lagos, very nice for couples and fits the bill I think.

Alcudia is for families and is fantastic , isnt ibiza best for clubbing or some where called ayia napa in cyprus.

Off to france my self for 3 weeks in the summer staying 9 days in languedoc and 9 days in cote d'azur france is really family based.
