Fancy dress ideas?

I'm going to a fancy dress party in a few weeks and I can't think of a good costume! I'm trying to come up with something a bit different - I'm completely open to cheesy/pun-based ideas! I've tried googling but putting any combination of the words fancy, dress, women just gives links to costume sites with tiny/expensive costumes and I'd prefer to put something together myself. Any ideas are more than welcome, thanks!

I saw this really cool costume the other day and think it's one of the best DIY costumes i've seen in a long time:

The possibilities of what funny things you could come up with as the title of your video are endless.

I know a chap that went to a party with a suitcase and suit. He told everyone he was dressed as a spy. He had about 8 changes of clothes in the suitcase, which he kept on changing through, throughout the night, from a uniform, to jeans and tshirt, different facial hair, etc, and changed his story to suit.

I thought it was one of the most inventive 'costumes' I've seen in a long long time - And there was no need to go down the DIY route.

Cut out a square of cardboard and stick some tin foil to it. Attach it to a headband so it hangs in front of your face like a mirror. Tell everyone you dressed up as your reflection :pac:
