Ive been offered workplacement within a large company and the dress code has been specified as business/casual. What sort of stuff can I wear as a girl? Does it have to be suit-ish?

No jeans, t-shirts, shorts or tracksuits.

Everything else should be ok, assuming it isn't too colourful or have anything written on it.

What AARRRH said is what i'd think of as business/casual. However sometimes different companys can be on the smarter side or more casual side. I'd suggest for your first day to go pretty smart and then have a look at everyone else around you. Use that as a guideline for that company.
