Is it dug out?

Ground conditions?

55 sq metres x depth gives how much concrete you need. Then roughly €60 - €70 per metre...bit of a guess depending on where you are and what kind of concrete it is.......

If your base is to be 4" thick then you will need 6 mts3 of concrete, and then its a matter of whether you want a polished finish or just tampered.
but for materials as said already around 400 for the concrete. shutters and dpm steel etc will add quite a bit to your total,
