    Hey,

I met a girl on Wednesday night in a pub. We got on really well and at the end of the night I walked her home. We kissed and she gave me her number. I text her earlier on today and we've talked for a bit.

I'm just wondering: would it be too soon to ask her out on a date for Valentine's day?

Not if you think you have a hope. Isn't that what Valentine's day is for? Have some fun and don't fret.

Maybe ask her out for a fun date if you don't want to go down the candle lit dinner road. Like the cinema or the zoo! just somewhere you can chat and have a bit of a laugh!
(strongly suggest the zoo, nothing says fun like penguins!)

Go for it OP. If it wasn't Valentine's Day it'd just be a normal Sunday anyway. Nothing to lose, everything to gain.

    Best of luck. :)

Yes, I think ask her out and act like it's any other day.
