This is a request or a question!

I'm not sure if there's anyone here working with the express. But can someone either link me to somewhere where the express is uploaded?

The one on the college road site hasn't been updated since the first issue.

Also If there is nowhere now,why not?I'd prefer to read it online..

Seconded! Did the person(s) withe the special keys to the magic box with Dell on the side who are responsible for uploading issues suddenly (a) skip town and flee to Argentina (b) get abducted by aliens who flew in from Buttevant or (c) simply stop giving a flying f**k ?

I was toying with the idea of writing an article about JD Salinger's death or some general articles about literature for the Express, but I couldn't view it to see if had already been done, so I didn't. I'm down in WGB most of the time and its never put down there asfaik. If it was put online it would be great.

    Petition? :D

Petition? Thats such a 'can-do', 'take the initiative' kinda impulse that I feel sure will be ignored/stamped on/ridiculed or put up against a wall and shot by the inhabitants of the land of 'Inertia'. Alle initiative ist verboten! Inertia Macht Frei

Hey guys, Daithi Linnane here, I'm the UCC Express Editor.

No need for petitions or anything, the next Express will be up online, I'm not sure why it was stopped, I wasn't Editor at the time. But don't worry, next week the Express will be out in both print and online versions. Hopefully we will be able to get all the back issues up at some point.

As for the WGB, I'll try get a bundle or two down there on Tuesday.

If any of you ever have any issue with the paper, please don't hesitate to contact me at editor@uccexpress.ie.

Also, if anybody ever want to write (Elliot Rosewater!), just drop me an email and I will get back to you.

    Thanks

Is the online version any better?

Will that ever just be the norm? Where the issue is just uploaded and we can view the current and previous issues?

I know. I quite enjoy reading over articles again and again for simple spelling and grammar errors.

    The investigative expertise of
    a party election leaflet.
Grips you like a bath full of sick.
    As humourous as clerical abuse.
    As inspiring as Brian Cowan.
    As entertaining as hemeroids.

Next year the paper will be up online and kept online, as well as that I am currently looking at other online stuff, as is the new Editor, so expect a pretty different Express next September. I cant wait!

    Competition. I love it.

Yeah, the competition should hopefully make both news services a lot better, so I'm pretty excited to see how it works out.
