What is index Mark of county/borough ?
Is 'The Payer' The Buyer ?
The CO2 emission in the handbook is 180, will they accept this ?

Dont want to queue and find out I have not filled out the form correctly.

    Thought you did your research??

There's rarely queues in the VRO they will help you. The VRT calculator will give you the CO2 emissions if they have any and the Statistical Code. The rest you can get from the VRO.

    VRT Calculator ?

No need to be smarmy, I researched the prices of the vans. Didn't know there was a paper maze to try to be honest and legal.

Every section says +CODE but it does not tell you what a CODE is
