processor question

    im considering getting a new laptop and i know i need a very good processor for what il be using it for but i dont understand whats what with a processor, i dont know what the numbers mean etc.

    basically i will be using it for college, CAD, Revit, photoshop, all pretty heavy going on a laptop, id need a minimum of 4 RAM but im not sure what kind of processor to look out for, budget wise id probably looking at €700ish.

    so if anyone could help me it be greatly appreciated

    Try and look for Intel Core2Duo or if you can afford it Intel i5 or i7. As for clock speeds the higher the better but look for something around 2.2ghz or higher.
