On Tuesday 26th January 2010 I made an order worth 100euro from http://hobbyairsoft.ie I never received ANY confirmation that the order had even gone through. On the following Tuesday I decided to email them about it but never got a response. I rang them twice but no one picked up. I've come to the point where I don't know what to do. Could someone help me out? Has anyone had similar problems? I know I definitely won't be buying from them again.

mmm .......I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble with us.

I find it surprising that you are having trouble to contact us considering we have 2 shops and 5 staff.

Having said that, we shall endeavor to resolve the problem. I shall send you a PM with the bosses mobile number and you can contact him tomorrow (saturday) at any time tomorrow.
