Just wondering if somebody has same situation as I. I am single parent and applied for one parent. They refused as they decided I am cohobiting with the man who rents 1 room in the house where I live. I appealed immediatelly and soon will be a year round since I first applied for one parent. When I rang appeals office they said that swo still has not sent papers in. I was few times asking in swo why it is so and superviser says that thay are too busy and so on. And superviser asked me why I am worrying as I still geting jobseekers benefit. Next time they said they moved to other building and again everything delayd or forgotten. Do know what to do now. My jobseekers benefit will finish after 3 weeks and do not have any idea how much would I get on JSA . Has anybody similar situation?
