Sugar Bond, Any thoughts

    Came across this investment. Investing the active sugar future index(Bloomberg code SB1 COMDTY). Simply if the index is at 100% of strike price or above on 6mth anniversary you get 50% return. If not above it on 6mth mark and above it on 12mth anniversary you get 100% return and if the index is not above start price until 18mths you get 150% return.

    Significantly if it falls by anything up to 39.99% by the 18th month you get that figure as a positive return. If it goes below 40% you can lose some or all of your capitlal depending on finishing price of index.

    Am I missing something or does this sound like a very good investment and how can the provider give such returns ?
