Dreamcast VMU - Standard Size?

I posted this in the General thread but it might be easier to get a response by starting a new thread. Like I mentioned, I have an unofficial 1mb VMU. I'd like to know what the standard size of an official VMU is. Does anyone what size the standard ones are?

Your "1mb" is actually 1 megabit = 128KB. That's the same as the official VMUs. Bigger cards like the "Nexus 4 meg", has 4 banks of 128KB, which are switched to with a button on the side.
