    Hi all,

It is with a heavy heart that I relate to you the news that General Commandant Zito #1 passed away last night. He had fallen into a coma last week which he briefly came out of last night, only for his heart to fail sometime during the night.

Pretty much anyone who has played in the Fitz over the past 6 years will have played with Hussein, so I'll leave the stories to you.

    R.I.P.

Aw, poor old General. Friend of mine had told me that he was not feeling the best alright.

He was a character, and a gentleman. A sad loss. R.I.P.

R.I.P. Poker has lost one of it's greatest characters. A good laugh anytime at the tables.

    "Why you no play ass-king?"

Terrible news:( The General was one of the few real characters on the Dublin poker scene, probably the friendliest player in the the Fitz & will be missed for sure.

    RIP General

So sorry to read this... This man is a legend!

He was always there when I went to the Fitz. Every time I or my friends played with him at the table he would annouced to the table that we were his 'girlfriend'. One night I delivered a sick beat on him calling his raises on a flush board then hitting my house on river, something like that, he raved up really lost it big time, shouting cursing and calling all sorts down on my head then finished with '...you no my girlfriend any more!' :D

RIP General. Your 'girlfriends' will miss you! ;)
