Both Lt. Boobs and TJ are worthy of extra lines and character development, Chloe on the other hand deserves to be shoved out the nearest airlock, she has to be one of the most vapid pieces of eye candy I have had the displeasure of watching. She is very much of the Summer Glau style of actress.

It was mentioned by the Colonel as well at one point I believe. Can't remember exactly what he said but it was in a recent episode.
