Ok guys need a bit of help around this. Have arrived after much searching at the reality that i need to form a limited company that is VAT registered

The buisness will have three directors, 2 of the directors holding 40% the third holding 20%. One of directors will be an employee. The biz needs to be VAT registered from the start.

There is a multitude of these so callled one stop shops on the net however i'm wary of them.

Can anyone give me a figure on the lowest i can expect to get this done for???

    Secondly any recomendations???

I used www.companysetup.ie and had no problems.

To be honest I didn't price around too much so there could be cheaper alternatives.

I agree. It is far easier just to get a set of Articles and Memorandums and adjust the object clause to suit your business.

Why give some firm of solicitors €300+ for something you can do for €100?

Used www.companysetup.ie recently. Excellent service and reasonably priced comparatively.

€250 + Vat is hardly competitive. They would also want to run a spell checker over there site. It is riddled with spelling mistakes. I would hope their company formation documents do not have as many spelling errors.

I think documents with the spelling errors, will affect the structure of a business.

I've used http://www.setmycompanyup.ie/ in the past and not had any problems.

    €49.95 and the CRO fee.

I would recommend www.companyformations.ie - Found them excellent I have to say and they included seal, etc. Cheapest isn't always best as the last guy said - I think service is the most important. My mate used one of those form fillling websites and said it was a nightmare! They don't check the name properly, etc. and he ended up going to the same crowd I used 3 months later! Your better off paying a reputable company to do it I think. A side issue - If there's 3 shareholders u should get some sort of shareholders agreement in place in case there's a difference of opinion in the future. Happened another mate of mine in his business. Good luck with it!
