Does anyone know, with Apple's 14 day return policy can you return a computer that has been opened within that time for a refund? It doesn't specify in their terms and conditions. Or does it have to be unopened?

Order finger itchy....can't wait for new MBPs much longer... (using a windows box everyday now...)

actually you don't...you do in the US as far as I know! I should have read the document.

    see here at point 7.3
7.3 Provided the Products are returned to us undamaged we will refund the price paid for the Products you have returned.

    no penalty!
