Can you download updates for Snow Leopard on a PC?

I have an iMac with no internet connection to it yet and I tried to install Aperture3.0 30 day trial but can't since my OSX Snow Leopard needs to be updated to 10.2 (I think). I've been scanning though the Apple site with no luck so can anyone more used to Macs and the updates let me know if I can manually download the…
