Like Anan, the first question is............why ?
However, the address on the VLC and the address on the Insurance Cert don't have to be the same. The address on the VLC doesn't indicate ownership, only the 'keeper' of the vehicle.
Simply insure the car at the address they want the car to reside at: i.e. home.Ode To The Motorist
