-- John Morrison revealed on his Twitter account that he broke his ankle in three places at last night's SmackDown television taping in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Nonetheless, he still plans on making WWE's international tour beginning this Thursday. "My ankle is broken in three places, but I'm just going to walk it off," Morrison wrote. "Ankle still hurts from Smackdown taping in Baton Rouge." Morrison's match against R-Truth last night was stopped following said injury.

Doubt it will be that simple Jo Mo.

I know the dude gets criticism for his promo's since he turned face but he's still an awesome worker who I would much prefer to watch in the Chamber than Kane or Drew.

I wonder if they'll write Michaels into the equation now and put him in the Chamber match.

Get Morrison back and have Michaels kick his ass, thus getting Michaels in the Elimination Chamber, writing Morrison out for a while (Have him kill him backstage so Morrison dosn't have to do anything and leave a chair wrapped around his injured ankle), also leads to a heel HBK (Not that he is already pretty much a heel). Perfect, no doubt won't happen like that .

WWE wrestler John Morrison did not break his ankle in three places at Tuesday's Smackdown taping, as he posted on his Twitter page. Rather, he made the trip to South America for the Smackdown/ECW house show tour and will be working matches as advertised.

Powell's POV: It looks like Morrison decided to have some fun after the Smackdown tapings on Tuesday. It worked, as most pro wrestling websites picked up on the story that he was injured. This is simply speculation, but I wonder if WWE did an injury angle with Morrison to create a spot for Shawn Michaels in the Smackdown version of the Elimination Chamber match next weekend?

As entirely logical as that is, I'd rather see R-Truth bumped off the card for HBK.

There's talk of him turning heel again. Hope that's not true as Smackdown doesn't need any more heels and I feel it may halt his push if he did turn.

I agree. There's too many heels on SD, and guys who are better at it.

Although, rumour has it that Joey Mercury is returning, so perhaps MNM will be reforming as a heel tag team.

I like that idea then have Morrison return and feud with HBK

I think there bringing Mercury to join Straight Edge since he has had the drug problem in the past.
