3v card help please!!

I put €250 on my 3v card yesterday and ordered the ticket!It was my first ever purchase on a 3v card and I haven't a clue what's going on with it.
First of all about €232 was taken and I presumed the money had gone through and the ticket ordered.I printed myself a receipt and thought nothing more of it.I decided there tonight that I would log into my 3v account and see how much I had exactly left and that's when I noticed that it's an incompleted transaction.It says "Purchase Approval"..what does this mean?I am sorry I am new to 3v and haven't a clue what's going on!!I am completely baffled as to why €232 would be taken yet the blasted site has me believing that it's an incompleted transaction..can someone please clue me in as to what's going on?
