looking to book a trip to vegas for next Jan. i'm seeing some good deals at the moment for around €500.

Can anyone recommend a good agent to book with?
Should I be waiting until closer to the time to get the best deal?

    Tnx in advance.

What are you getting for the €500 ?

Do you mean a travel agent? (I never use 'em, I just book directly or electronic travel agents such as Expedia)

When I booked I went with ebookers because at the time they were the cheapest. That was around 3 years ago. Check out all the online sites and go with whoever gives you the best deal. I doubt you will get as good a deal with a bricks and mortar travel agents but if you have time you can check.

i would wait, keep searching the likes of travelocity, expedia, ebookers (both .ie and .com as they will sometimes differ), terminala etc, i bagged return flights to san francisco couple of months back on ebookers.ie for €300 return, at the time return flights to vegas were about €375 i believe

A girl I know got flights + accom in one of the pretty good hotels in Vegas for €500 in Vegas for five nights, there are some pretty darn good deals out there right now. Think she booked on Expedia maybe?

Went with Expedia and travelled to Vegas in November - €550 return flights with Virgin from Gatwick and 3 nights accomadation in Circus Circus (kip). Didn't need the accomadation in the end - my brother put me up in the Encore :D.

^^ Yep they got flights from Dublin > Gatwick and then Gatwick > Vegas with Virgin Atlantic and five nights in Planet Hollywood for about €650 I think. Another girl got €500 but I'm not sure which hotel she stayed in, something similar to PH.
