I'm planning on getting a new M4A1 and putting an RIS from a dboys onto it but I was just wondering if the battery(or any battery) will fit in a RIS cage.

    any suggestion would be great.

Nope, you'll need to rewire it to the stock or put a PEQ box on the rail and put the battery in that:)

Dont give up hope, I bought a dboys sir fore end and can fit a large style battery in there no problem. Had to rewire from the stock to the front but yes the battery fits in with room to spare.

    Its this one...
