Hi there,

1. I don't want to stalk her
2. I want to talk to her
3. I can't send the flowers to Blackhall because where would I send them? she is a student. I don't think that they have adresses at blackhall
4. I don't fancy standing outside Blackhall all day long waiting for her to come along just so I can give her flowers.
5. I have no idea about the proportion of french/american people at blackhall

Ah cute OP! Romance isnt dead wahaaaay!

Blackhall isnt that big so id just get flowers sent to reception (or bring them yourself).

Even in a huge college/university its not that hard to find a student.So you should easily find her there.

Why did her friend not want her to give her number to ya though?
