MY boosting story :)

The evening drew to a close in small area called rundown. I was drated in to capture some points by T.F 141. We started off a bit sluggish, tiredness and the range of players from europe caused us to lag a bit. Next thing i know i hear friendly apache incoming.. at first i began to think yay support but then began to think how the hell was it called so early. then it hit me... some enemy had become a traitor and was allowing himself to be shot by our guy.. god damnit i thought i cnt let this happen or we'll have a nuclear fall out on our hands..

So i checked my uav and sure enough there was one of our guys sitting in corner randomly firing off one bullet. so as fast as my pixeled legs would allow me i took off towards him. He was in the little abandoned gas sttion. first i threw in a smoke ran in and lay down. when the smoke cleared i shot the enemy guy. quickly i thought how was i going to get my own guy killed.. then bling the lightbulb went off above my head.

I ran at my colleague still firing away in the apache and stood in front of him as the enemys tactical insertion brought him back just feet away. and he turned around raised his sniper nd fired.. but as he fire i hit prone and as i hit the floor the bullet whizzed over my head and toodk out my colleague ending his streak at 24-1. I left the room to sounds of crying and abuse:)

lol nice one! this isnt copying at all! the other story was about him boosting himself, and hes killing boosters!

Fair enough i made a story like the other one, but its not copying. thats like saying roald dahl copied the dudes who wrote the bible :P

Inspired by Future Guys epic win story I decided to go booster hunting. The first couple of games went by without any boosters and I was getting a bit dissapointed until the fifth game in afghan.

It started off slowly and I was expecting another letdown when I seen a string of headshots by the one person. I checked the score and sure enough there he was on top with 5 and 0. Sitting on bottom was his mate with 0 and 5.

My heart rate picked up, eyesight got sharper, adrenaline pumping, the hunt was most definitely on. I started my search on top of the cliff but they were nowhere to be seen and i was suspicious of the lack of killstreaks being used. Then in comes the chopper gunner which starts to massacre everyone. I manage to shoot it down but now he's on twenty kills.

I see a shot on the uav before he uses his emp. I know its him, I know where they're hiding and sprint towards the bottom of the map to the tall grass. Twenty two kills, im almost there when i go down from a headshot. I spawn in the cave and run. I drop a couple of fools who get in my way. Nothing is going to stop me now.

Twenty four kills when I turn the corner, I see the tactical insertion hidden in the grass, his buddy spawns right on top of it. Its now or never. A quick squeeze of the R1 button sends an AT4 rocket straight at them but am I too late???? Boom double kill. I check the score nervously, it reads twenty four kills and one death. Now he's mad and comes for me but my RPD makes short work of him and he leaves the game frustrated and humiliated.

Is this type of boosting specific to any particular game mode?

Maybe I've just been lucky but other than the odd care-package glitcher in TDM (which I almost only ever play) I haven't come across anything like this kind of behaviour.

Free for all, the stupidest of the game modes.

The game has been unofficially extended, a new mode called "Booster Hunt & Destroy".

will make a nice change from TDM

Me and 2 other friends were bored out of our heads last night so we decided to go after the boosters in a game of free for all.

I have to say it was great crack so much satisfaction in getting them before they get to 25 - 0 .

The first one was in Skidrow and it was great crack as we had mics.
There was two people with same clan tags one was 9 - 0 and the other one was
0 - 9 and I was saying over the headset that we were on the lookout for them, I'd say they were shítting it :P.
We eventually got them and it was one of the most obvious places, in between two containers I seen a red tactical insertion
I Semtexed it up in there and got a double kill the fella boosting still won the free for all though damn chopper gunner.
