Windows 7 gadgets not working anymore

    Got some Windows updates today and it has stopped my gadgets working. Clicking on add gadget does nothing. I followed this fix but it didnt work. I don't think my UAC settings are the problem anyway because I havent turned it off. Anyone else having this problem or have any ideas?

    Yep very same here. stopped working last week for no reason.

    I'm using Windows 7 RC so I just put it down to the time almost being up on that.

    Mine are back working now, I think in the end I just rebooted a few times and they started working again?

    Good stuff, still not working here but I'm formatting this thing next week so it's fine.
