    My first ever FPS outing is with Modern Warfare 2 (usually a pro sports person!), and can honestly say I was hooked from the beginning! I got destroyed in my first few hours online being a total fps noob, but I've worked hard, put in some hours, and I'm now up to Level 57 and my k/d ratio is 1.16! It may not be the the best, but god damn it I'm proud of it! :D

    Welcome to the club NUTZZ, The first step is to admit you have a problem. That's a good k:d ratio for a '1st timer'.

    What I love about this game is, one minute you can be down in the dumps, second best in a string of 1 on 1 situations, down on your luck on a few maps, make a couple of bad decisions and getting your a** handed to you.

    Then.... a quick class or perk change or quick splash of water to the face... things can change quickly and your doing a Jack Bauer and owning everyone.

    That is so true for me like you wouldn't believe! Some games with Marathon/Lightweight pro people can be so annoying when you keep getting stabbed from half a mile away regardless of my shooting! And then a few games later those f**k*rs can't touch me! This game brings out so many emotions!

    I always enjoyed games, Resident evil, bioshock, dead space etc. but played them as a bit of leisure, passing an hour or two. I was able to switch off the console and resume normal life

    Not with COD . It has engulfed me. I started subscribing to Youtubers who were pro's at the game for tips. I spend every free minute playing it. On the weekend i turn the lads down to stay in and have a COD fest. 2 days ago I ordered headsets for 180 quid just so i can hear footsteps clearer (and im on the dole)

    God, grant me the serenity
    to accept the things I cannot change;
    the courage to change the things I can;
    and the wisdom to know the difference.

    I do enjoy a nice bit of cod, that is true. But not as much as a 30 kill streak icon7.gif

    It's ironic that your Boards tag is May Feign, cause this really sounds like my self.

    I've put in about 5 and a half days I think.
