Wondering if anyone can help with this one.

I was made redundant last year and with some money I had saved up, decided to go back to college to do a Masters. I applied through my local VEC for a grant back in September and never heard anything back.

I went into the office this morning and they have no record of my application. Because of this they say I've missed the deadline and can't avail of any grants

Any ideas?
