    I've been trying to chase up a return with dabs all morning, but can't find any contact information on the website. (I thought that was illegal for a business website these days?) No email addresses, no phone numbers, and no contact forms.

    The only contact method appears to be a live chat system that shows "Our representatives are busy at the moment". There is an option to leave a message, but that leads to a pop up dialog saying "No agents are available at this time to take your call. Please try again later." Translation: uncontactable. Very bad form.

    Can anyone help out with a monitored customer service email over at dabs?
